Their main services focus on Customer Support BPO, Processes, and IT, catering to first line customers such as Grupo Telefónica, IBM, Endesa, Banco Santander, Siemens…
Brief history of the Company
Digitex Informática incorporated in Spain in 1988.

Throughout this period of time, the company established a close relationship with Grupo Telefónica, which helped to speed-up service growth in several Group companies.

Creation of three business areas: customer outsourcing services, through Contact Centers, BPO, and IT.
In partnership with Altra Inversiones, Digitex Informática creates Digitex Internacional, and launches its growth strategy in Central America (Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua and Panama), and the Andean Region (Colombia and Peru) Altra purchases 45% of Digitex Internacional.

Digitex launches a commercial plan in Spain, the United States, and Mexico, offering low-cost platforms in Latin America.

Altra purchases 47% of Digitex Informática and speeds up growth in Spanish operations.

The map of Latin America platforms is completed with Bogotá, Ibagué , and Manizales in Colombia; México DF and Querétaro in México; Surco in Perú ; Ciudad de Guatemala in Guatemala; San Salvador and Santiago de Chile.

A vertical banking operation is formed with BCSC.
