Automated Voice Services (SAV) is the unit created by the Digitex group capable of automating incoming telephone calls making it possible to manage up to 2,000 calls per hour. The technology needed to make this possible belongs to the US company Apex Voice Communications, with whom Digitex has already signed an agreement.
The main function of Digitex SAV is to combine the automated voice service, text messaging like SMS or multimedia messages via the Internet, with the service of more than 3,500 operators present at the nine Spanish platforms that belong to Grupo Digitex.
